This skirt is identical to one from the Chloe Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. It’s actually from Topshop but not their own brand, it’s a brand called Jovonnista. Expect to see much more of this skirt over the coming months because I have just fallen in love with it…BIG TIME! You’ll recognise my Topshop neon purchase from my post yesterday.
