Anyone else ready to wear some denim cuts off yet? I know I am but sadly we’ve gone back to the early Spring days when it was cold and wet, oh yay. So currently I’ve been wearing a mixture of jeans with a tee and a blazer, which technically it’s still even a little too chilly for but it’s May and I’ll be darned if I’m going to wear a coat at this time of year. Giving my light wash frayed hem Dr Denim jeans a break today I’ve gone back to my old favourites, skinnies. These ripped knee skinnies are actually new from Revolve by a brand called Joes Jeans and I have one other pair from Joes Jeans which I loved through Winter. As you all know I’m quite the denim connoisseur and I do like to try lots of different brands and Joes Jeans definitely get a thumbs up from me in the denim stakes. I’ve teamed my new skinnies with this white nibbled t-shirt and this beige linen blazer ( bought 2 sizes up for a boyfriend fit). But let’s pan down to my new Isabel Marant ‘Dicker’ boots which finally had their first outing on the Bank Holiday. I was a bit hesitant about these boots, and if you follow me on Instagram then you’ll have seen my first boot purchase which didn’t pan out as I expected so I decided that I would give the ‘Dicker’ boots a try. When they arrived I was in love, and despite the fact that I have big feet and skinny legs which is always a recipe for disaster when it comes to boots (ankle or long), I don’t know how I ever lived without them. Would it be crazy to buy them in all colours? 😉
