Since making the decision to 'do' YouTube (Subscribe here if you haven't already - Channel launching December 5th) the amount of time I have has literally dropped down to zero. So today i thought I'd just focus on one of my easy go-to looks which I literally throw on in a morning if I'm in a rush or if I'm lacking creating outfit planning juice.
The biker jacket is definitely a wardrobe essential of mine, it's a useful piece to have throughout all seasons. I have a collection of bikers, some real leather and some faux. This one is an old fave of mine, bought a couple of years ago from Forever 21. I just love the length, the fit and the style and you will have seen this feature numerous times over here on EJ Style.
A classic grey sweater is another piece that I have a few variations of and I tend to have them on rotation. I always tend to wear a grey sweater when working from home because the hair from all my dogs doesn't show up on grey and it makes me feel less like a crazy dog lady and more like a respectable looking person.
Black skinny jeans. Need I say any more? A classic, a staple, a must-have.
A huge bag to fit all your daily crap in. I'm not adverse to a small bag ie. a cross body or shoulder bag, but more often than not I'm carrying around my camera and a bunch of other 'crap' that I need to shove in a big bag. This Givenchy 'Antigona' is not only the most amazing bag I own but it's the perfect size for carrying my entire life in. If you've ever been contemplating an 'Antigona' I say DO IT, you won't regret it. If budget is an issue try Vestiaire, that's where mine came from and it was the best bloody bargain ever!
LBB's (Little black boots). Again, I have a few different variations of LBB's and I'm still in search of a pair of Chloe Susannas but they really are the most versatile shoe/boot to have in your wardrobe. They will take you through all seasons and they pretty much look great with anything. I love these buckled LBB's from Dune because they have a very slight heel, perfect for everyday wear but still giving me a little bit of elevation.
