We're starting another busy week here in the EJStyle household. We spent the whole weekend stripping wallpaper, demolishing walls and removing gloss paint which has to be the most boring chore of all. I'm vlogging the whole process so I can bring you guys a video on my YouTube channel once it's all finished, along with a haul of all the new decor and furniture we've been collecting. There might also be a few DIY hacks in there too 😉
At the start of last week I had a couple of days where I had to switch between DIY mode and 'Business' mode and this is one of the looks I wore to a few brand meetings. If you caught my Top 5 White Shirts With A Twist post then you'll recognise this shirt which came in at no.2 on the list. I couldn't help myself, the sleeves were just TOO good so I had to have it and what I love most about it is that it can completely transform a coat or jacket. Simply push up the sleeves on a coat or jacket and pull out the ruffled cuffs on the shirt to give the jacket a little bit of 'wow' factor. I paired this very Chanel inspired tweed blazer with the shirt and exposed those mega cuffs. I'm slightly regretting wearing this outfit already because it would have made a great Fashion week look.
