I‘m making a stand against Winter. I’ve just had enough now! Today the sun crept out in the middle of all this friggin rain and it was such a glorious moment, I’d forgotten what the sun felt like. This for me is often the worst time of year because winter trends have been exhausted, tried and tested and now there’s so much more to play with for Spring/Summer. The only problem with jumping head first into a closet full of sport shorts, checkerboard mini-dresses and tulle skirts is the temperature…it’s still bloody freezing! This leads me to the month of February which holds no hope for shoppers. Any sale stock left in stores now is just the shite that winter forgot but I don’t see myself rushing to River Island to get my hands on a pair of jewelled flip flops. So instead of taunting myself with trips to bikini-filled high street stores I’ve decided to inject some spring colour into my February wardrobe.
