LFW Day 4
There was one big show of the day…Burberry Prorsum! Obviously for this show, I did not get an invite (sobs!). Burberry is for the the creme dela creme of Fashion types, but as I’m working hard on the blog, maybe come February when applying for show tickets again, they might have a change of heart. I have posted the video of the show below for you all to watch.
I made use of the opportunity of a couple of free hours to finally visit the Designer Showrooms which are literally all over Somerset House. Admittedly I didn’t get chance to visit them all but I have posted a few pictures below of the things that caught my eye, mainly jewellery because as you all know, I am an accessories fiend!

Imogen Belfield modelling her own creation |
This stunning piece of hand jewellery (above) is designed and modeled here by
Imogen Belfield. Obviously I love her designs because she is a London based designer and that’s where my passion lies in British design. If you check out her website
here you’ll see her pieces are more sculptures for the body. I asked her what her inspiration was and she said she like the roughness of the natural elements which is a contrast their make-up because they are all hand crafted out of precious metals, bronze, porcelain and gem stones. I am already a huge fan!
The next few pictures are designs by Pamela Love. Pamela is New York based and is already a very well established jewellery designer. You’ll find her gorgeous designs at Net-A-Porter and Shopbop.
I love the giant caged cuffs and these turquoise pieces below.
