Wearing black absorbs the heat from the sun but it also absorbs the heat from your own body, and if there's even the slightest bit of wind, your black clothing will expel this heat back into the atmosphere, thus making black the coolest colour to be wearing this summer. There you have it, you can't argue with physics.
