F&F AW14 Show

Good morning to you all, I’m making myself some porridge on this fine Sunday morning….what a rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle I lead!  It has got raisins and honey in it so I’m really pushing the boat out.  Anywho, in other non-porridge-related news, I’ve got a little post for you today from the F&F AW14 show that I attended earlier on this week at Somerset House, the home of LFW.  I was lucky enough to be sat FROW (Hell to tha yeh!), just a couple of seats away from Bip Ling! (Slight fan girl moment, obvs I played it totally cool!).  The night was packed full of celebs from Millie Macintosh and Pro Green to Tinchy Stryder and obviously some Towie stars thrown in for good measure.  F&F threw a great drinks reception before the show, Proseco on tap and ample amounts of miniature burgers on sticks, I mean who doesn’t love food in mini form?!  I took my seat on the Frow and consciously tried to hold my head high, y’know to avoid double chin exposure, never a good look on camera!  The lights dimmed and the show started to a blast of JT’s Suit & Tie….all together now… Tuuuuuune!  As the models began to descend down the runway it was clear that this collection is most certainly their finest I’ve ever seen; Luxurious faux fur teamed with sheer fabrics (yes, breasts on show, why not?), vintage looking florals, sequins, satin lingerie slip dresses worn over sleek tailored trousers…we’re talking seriously sexed up androgyny.  Check out the live video from the show below to see the collection in full and at 6 mins 37 you’ll see meeeee video-ing away on the left.  Details of my outfit and outfit shots can also be seen below 🙂
