The art of layering can be a tricky phenomenon, especially living in London.  I make the mistake year after of putting together thick chunky knits, heavy coats, bobble hats & scarves…and then I get on the bloody tube, cue sweaty betty.  So I have amended my layering technique with this River Island faux fur gilet (zero sleeve, pits can breathe!) worn over a biker jacket and under that a much thinner baggy jumper with a loose fitting cowl neck.  Gloves are in my bag for emergency cold finger moments but this less is more layering has worked for me over the last few nippy days.
