Cosy Casuals

I’m a huge fan of weekends, who isn’t?!  But not because it means time off (because for me it doesn’t!) but because it means the cosy casuals comes out.  My ‘cosy casuals’ range anything from a cashmere tracksuit for lounging around the house in and watching Netflix for a solid 8 hours to an oversized jumper and ripped jeans.

I bagged this amazing balloon sleeved jumper at Cos in the sale a few weeks back and I have living in it since then.  It does have a mohair mix so if you’re one of those ‘itchy’ people then this is not the jumper for you.  Teamed with my new fave mom jeans that I have been expressing my love for recently it made the perfect slouchy, casual look for hunting out posh bedsheets this weekend.  My rule of thumb when wearing something oversized on the top is to slim down your bottom half to avoid looking swamped in fabrics.  Skinny jeans or jeans which are narrow like these are perfect for this.

My shoes are one of many of my latest obsession, glove shoes!  Sparked by Celine, quickly re-created by Cos (sold out in record time!) and now the likes of Zara, Topshop and ASOS are following suit.  You may have seen on my Instagram that I have been wearing the grey leather Topshop versions recently (very Celine!) and they are so comfortable, so when I saw these suede ones pop up on ASOS for only £32 I bought both colours immediately!
