Coat Caping

I’ve always been a big fan of ‘coat caping’ despite how incredibly impractical it is, but since when have I ever cared about being impractical eh?!  Today’s look is pretty standard of my daily attire recently, with the new year now in full swing and my new site launch coming up (see update below) I’ve had quite a few brand meetings for new collaborations for some exciting new content.  I always feel that I have to be well presented as well as dressing for my style and obviously keeping warm in the winter temperatures.  You’ll be hard fixed to get me out of a pair of glove shoes at the moment, they are my latest footwear obsession, so apologies if you absolutely hate them…because you’re going to see them a lot!  Maybe I can try and sway you into loving them?  Ripped jeans for me don’t scream scruffy, unless of course your wearing them with a knackered out pair of trainers, and a t-shirt/sweatshirt full of holes!  The beauty of ripped jeans is that they can be dressed up, ok so I wouldn’t advise rocking up to an interview in them but you know what I mean; with a pair of heels and a blazer or chunky knit as I have worn here.

Oh and a little update regarding the new EJ|Style site.  I have pushed my launch back to March because I have made so many changes/additions to the site design, all for your enjoyment of course, and I don’t want to launch until it’s absolutely perfect 🙂  But I can’t wait for you all to see it and to check out all the new content I’ve created especially for the launch!
