No you’re eyes aren’t deceiving you, those are in fact, gold boots. The reason I fell in love with these boots is because they are an almost exact copy of a Saint Laurent pair, and yet they cost a mere £45, oh and FIY…they’re real leather, BOOM!
This is evidence of why I will never shun High Street shopping. There are of course certain items which recently I have invested in, this YSL bag for example but my motto has always been that you don’t have to spend a fortune to look chic and stylish, and correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure that’s why you guys come to EJStyle for inspiration. Let’s take today’s look for example:

That’s an entire outfit (ok minus the bag) for only £134.98, and all those pieces are totally interchangeable with the rest of my wardrobe, which just in case you were wondering, isn’t all black (nearly though) 😉
Some of you have expressed a little concern that I am leaving the high street in a dust of smoke while I jet off in my designers duds. This certainly is not the case I assure you. I have and always will be a high street girl, I think it’s a great place to get those key items season to season. I even get a kick out of finding ‘dupes’ and bargains like these to share with you all, so don’t you worry, I won’t be giving that up any time soon!
