Let me start off by wishing you all a Happy New Year! I hope you’re not nursing some heinous hangovers today?! Oh but is this the part where I get to be all smug because I don’t drink? (ahem, fresh as a daisy) haha!
Well what a year it’s been! 2015 is definitely a year I will cherish because it’s the year I became a wife. My wedding in September was the most magical day and was everything I could have possibly hoped and dreamed of (slipped in a sneaky wedding dress picture below). I’m now settled into married life and looking forward to the next adventure with my hubby, our big honeymoon road trip (read more about that here) and then…a baby!
I started compiling all the images for this post about a week ago and as I started looking through my outfits it’s clear to see how my style has changed. This year I turned 30, and for anyone else who is 30 or over I’m sure you’ll agree it’s a real turning point in life. As I’ve said in previous posts, at first I really struggled with it but once I embraced being three decades old young I let the magic of the 30’s do it’s thang. I feel so confident with my style, I know exactly who I am and what I want to wear. Thank you guys for following along with my style journey over the past year! Your support drives me to keep creating original content which you all enjoy reading and if I can generate even the slightest spark of inspiration, then in my eyes, that’s a job well done.
I have some new and more varied content coming to EJ|Style this year. I’ll be touching on beauty a whole lot more and there will also be some more travel and lifestyle posts coming your way. In February the new and improved EJ|Style will re-launch and I’ve been working on this tirelessly over the last month so I have plenty of fresh content to share with you once the new site goes live! I have invested so much into this business, and I don’t just mean financially, but every drop of passion I have in my body is fuelled into this blog and I have you guys to thank for supporting me along the way.
So once again, THANK YOU guys and here’s to a freakin’ awesome 2016!
